Inexcusable customer service and attitude. - Absolutely shameful customer service

Wednesday, Nov. 7.2:20-3:00 pm. Absolutely horrible customer service desk! Waited in line for 30 minutes to return one item while only one worker behind desk. She left the customer she was "helping" and wandered around for about 7 minutes trying to find someone to help her! Four people in front of me in line finally left—still no one behind the counter. Asked a floor manager (Vanetta, by her namecard) to get some help but said nobody else who was "trained" for customer service was available. Called the upstairs manager on the phone (Hussan, by his namecard) who came down, gave me a lecture about how Walmart "operates" and said he was sorry I was frustrated (the usual "training" double-speak.) Told him he should "manage" his workers and walked off while he yelled at me to "have a nice day and don't forget to visit Walmart again." Rude, smart-ass jerk! Not ONE real apology or attempt to correct the situation.

Vanetta and Hussan should be fired immediately as well as the next four or five "managers" up the line. Get some decent workers!!! I will never walk into another Walmart.
