At Walmart Hickory Creek, Tx I gave my drivers license at pharmacy to retrieve my prescription, but the personnel forgot togive back my drivers license. I called over the phone at 10 am hoping not busy pharmacy put me on hold twice, then I called back to transfer me to customer service who left me on hold twice also. I called the main line stated she is not at the customer service but reiterated to me there is only one person there and probably 16 people line -up there. Telling me all the unncessary grief to a customer. I hung up the phoen. I Went to Walmart that evening 8:50pm not busy anymore, customer service person told me to go to pharmacy. I told her are you passing me back and forth again, I was already steaming with anger, Walmart Manager was there standing ignoring the incident. I told her I am done with Walmart. That would be the last time I step in Walmart. Target, Aldi, Fiesta, Central Market, Albertson here I come. Walmart you have horrible customer service, eliminate that department for it does not stand for that purpose make it "customer disservice". With this recession people should learn to love and work hard for their job, Walmart people sucks on their attitude. I advice Walmart to train people on Attitude Seminar. Make it long and utilize psychologist and marketing degree professional. Walmart, make this world a better place to shop... Regina V.
