I have ben a loyal 12-year Directv customer. I submitted 2 payments that were returned for insufficient funds, but the reason was my bank account was hacked. I faxed the proof to Directv, asked them to understand my situation and I would be re-submitting the payments. They still cut off my services! This is how you treat your customers!? I am a disabled military veteran who served my country for 20 years and this is how I'm treated!!! I went from loving Directv to hating them!!!
