Over three weeks ago the Columbia Tennessee Wal Mart automotive store installed a defective oil filter that resulted in the oil draining from my daughter car resulting in her car engine to cease, locking up.
After three weeks we have not been offered even a rental car. I have taked with the senior adjuster at Claims Management Service who says that Wal Mart is not responsible since it was a bad filter. I did try to contact The CEO of Wal Mart and was told that once a claim has been filed Wal-mart, they will not have their customer relation office talk with a customer.
