PAYING BILL ONLINE - DirecTV service

I have never had anything bad to say about directv until now. I had a sudden death in my family and called to let them know i would be late on my bill. I get a pink bill and called this morning to handle the payment. The pink area stated the immediate payment that needed to be made was $54.81. So i made the payment. Service is still not on. I called to confirm that my payment was made... They said it will not be back on until i make the full amount of $108. Xx. That was not the instructions that were online... Isn't that like false advertising? How can ur website "online bill pay" tell me one thing and when i call to confirm the payment went through, they say i owe more... Screw that!
