I had been with dish network for ten years and was very satisfied with them but my ex husband installed directv for a living, he had talked to my husband and I about switching to Direstv. He said that we would get more channels and it was much better. We had Directv installed in April this year. I have had nothing but trouble. My son's remote doesn't work have the time and the DVR in the living room freezes all the time and I have to reset it. Last month I had got a letter in the mail sayind that my bill was over do because of insufficent funds. My payment was 79.00 and knew I had money in the bank so I called my bank. The bank teller said I had 186.00 in the bank. I told her that I had got a letter from directv saying I had insufficent funds. The bank teller said that it would show if anyone tried to withdraw money and it showed that Directv had not attempted to withdraw any money so I called directv. The lady I talked to in my opinion was rude and treated me like I was lying. I eventually went online and made the payment using my debit card from the same account and it went through. I feel that they made a mistake
and the blame was put on me because the mmoney was there to make the payment. Ten years with dish network I was treated with respect and they were always there to help me. I have only been with directv for three months and its been nothing but problems. I want something resolved or I am switching back to dish
