This company is evil! Do not waste your time with this company! It would take too long to go through the details of all of our horrible experiences with them and the countless hours we have spent on the phone trying to resolve issues. Their goal is to screw you over and all they care about is money; how they get it does not matter to them. We have not been customers now for 3 months now and they are still taking money out of our bank account so we are having to cancel our debit card and have a new one issued because it is Direct TV's policy to "never remove a credit card from file." Trust me, please do not fall into their trap. Go with any other cable provider.
