Worst customer service call center supervisors ever. Supervisor Edgar offered up different ID numbers for himself when I asked him his information to report him for his atitude and for ignoring me. This has been indicative of every call I have made to them but one. Stay away far from this company who cares nothing about the consumer whatsoever. When your SOP of dealing with customers is to ignore them... And tell them to call back later then you have failed at customer service.
