I signed up for a package for $39.99 a month. When I got my bill, it was for $95. I called Direct TV and was told I had to submit a rebate that could take up to 8 weeks to reflect on my bill. I flipped. The person who answered the phone had the worst accent and I couldn't understand what she was saying but I could tell she was just talking in circles and doing nothing to help adjust my bill. Day 2. Called again, got the same result: nothing. I asked for a supervisor because again I could not understand the guy on the phone. He did not provide me a supervisor but passed me off to someone else. Her solution was to send me to cancellations so they could walk me thru the process.
