Directv has the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my whole life. They refuse to work with anyone and they telk you things that are not true. I was told that I wouldn't have a cancellation fee and have even gotten numerous statements saying I don't owe anything and here two montgs later they say oh by the way you owe us money... I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone ever they are liars.
