Total rip off. From service to customer service to support to being nickled and dimed to death. Their equipment only warranted for 90 days, what a joke. After that it's "oh we can set you up on a twelve month service plan for an additional $5.99 per month so service calls are free", what a scam. Had direct TV installed eight months ago, first placement of reciever was wrong so I had to waste four hours of my day waiting for them to return and place reciever in a different spot. Every time it rains a little hard, or a little to cloudy, or a little to windy reception is bad, usually several times a month. It's costing me $320 for early dissconection fee, but to me, well worth it to get this toilet of a company out of my life. Never, never, never, do business with a company that asks for your credit card number to keep "on file", you have no way out.
