Their state Department of Consumer Services has billed a South Daytona businesswoman with taking telemarketing income with no permit and using unlicensed telemarketers.
Diane E. Crosby, 56, of Daytona Beach and her fake workers are charged of taking telemarketing sales at Holiday Ideas, 345 Beville Road, Suite 109, South Daytona, throughout a March 16 conformity examination.
Crosby was charged Friday and launched on $2,000 help. She couldn't be attained for opinion.
