Ripoff dishonest sales representative billed without autherization

Talked to rep. About services they offered, requested credit card info to e-mail about services. They sent e-mail with info and service agreement. Declined services from them. They charged credit card. They refused to give refund and tried to get my wife to autherise charges for unwanted services.
