Scammed out of marketing $ - nothing done

I contracted with Worl Wide Vacation Marketing to sell my timeshare with the guarantee that if they didn't sell or rent it within a year, I would get a refund of the $699 fee. Now that the year is up, the company seems to be out of business! What a ripoff! I'd like to sue!
