Eceived wrong receiver and need direct to make it right. We had no way of knowing that it was the wrong receiver until we tried to use it after the installer left. Direct will not send replacement receiver without $283.00. The thing is this order was a mistake from the Direct TV Company. Why should we pay for their mistake?
