Made a very, very big mistake going with directv. First the installer never showed up, lost a days pay. Had to reschedule, a week later installer shows up just before dark, 4.5 hours later still no hd tv, bad converter box. Ordered new one. 3 days later new one arrives. Called cust. Service, was told i had to install my self. Ok installed coax and plugged in, 2 min, called service tech 45 min on hold, talked me through it, 10 min. Worked great until it snowed, no more hd. Did all this bla bla. Still waiting for tech to show up. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. No effort put into getting me up and running
