Ripoff charged for hd ugrade that was not installed

I have had directv for years, when you had to buy all the equipment. On sept 9 i wanted to upgrade to hd tv. The installer came out he told me he could not install it because he needed to put it on top of my roof and needed a 40 foot ladder. And he would have to call his boss to tell him he needed the ladder; he came back to tell me i could not get the signal and would not be able to have hd tv. So i called directv to ask them to send out another installer because the other one was not willing to install it, so i had another appointment with someone else (sept 13). No one came out after, i waited all evening for them to show. I even called trying to buy the equipment so my husband would installed it (since he did install the first one back in the day).

After hour one the phone with gaberill. Ael ext 46400/ lisa in the phillipine trying hard to get the upgrade charges off by bill / and telling them the installer only came out once i was charge for the installation that never happen and they could only remove a hundred dollar from my account. Is their anyone -that can help me. I have been on hold for 2 days and i am soo tired of dealing with them.
