The service man is still here hooking up my service and already I have am issue that has caused me a a severe migraine. One of your sales MANAGERS has fraudulently charged my credit card 5 times for fees that your billing department denies have been charged. 3 charges for $21 and 2 charges for $25. I was told just one charge for $20 would occur and it would come off in 5-10 days. Now I have 5 charges for a different amount and supposedly they may come off in 5-10 days. This is ridiculous. I am still in the course of being activated and already your service sucks. #1 in customer satisfaction - what a crock. I have contacted the Attorney General in the matter and informed them of your fraudulent tactics and refusal to rectify. Maria Buechle
