Your constant barage of emails to get me to switch from Dish only to fraudulently charge my checking account and then cause me over 3 hours of time on the phone only to tell me I have to wait 10 days to correct YOUR error is BS. You have worse customer service than any company I have dealt with. I have contacted the attorney general in this matter as well. Not one of your pathetic customer service reps would put me through to a manager or someone with an IQ to fix the issue.
