We have had a horrible experience with Direct TV. The satellite goes out almost daily. We even had a message that the sun was interfering with the signal. It took them 6 months to get our bill correct. We have had to spend hours on the phone to get these problems corrected and you have to go through about 15 minutes of automated services before you can actually talk to a person. They charge fore EVERYTHING and there is NO savings in the long run. Stay away from Direct TV!!!
