Refused Free HD Contract After Shipping and Tax Were Paid

I can email the original copy.

I contracted with Direct TV and was promised the items below. After I paid shipping & tax, they refused to honor the contract and raised my basic rate from $55.89 to $60.99. They also charged me $10 per month for my free HD access. Living on a limited fixed income, this makes my only form of entertainment harder to reach. Thanks.
