Contacted FedEx at 1.800.463.3339, was answered by a lady with what sounded like a mix of Texan and Indian accent. Her speech was so broken that I had her repeat everything she was saying, just to be certain I didn't misconstrue what she said. She ran the process at a brisk jog, and I had some trouble keeping up. Throughout the call she apologized profusely for her speed. Finally, she left me hanging with no indication that our call was concluded.
If you couldn't tell, I'm trying very hard not to be too negative. Hope the rest of her day goes better; all I wanted to do was mail a package.
