I ordered this package almost two weeks ago, and it is lost in transit. I have called three times now to find out what the deal was, and still received no answers. Their people are incompetent and rude, and I am at a point that I will never use Amazon again if they choose to use fed ex as their shipping means. The USPS could have done a better job.
