Fedex is the worst co. I have EVER dealt with! I have spent literally my whole day trying to find out why they shipped my rug from esalerugsdirect to an amazon return center in lexington ky. Got absolutely NO resolution whatsoever - was put on hold, hung up on, told to call the company i ordered the rug from (which i had already done as i told them repeatedly), and finally told that they don't resolve shipping issues. The company I ordered from has to do it!!! I was finally told that they were sorry but that the rug was put on the wrong truck, the one scheduled for the amazon return center, and when I told them i did not order the rug from amazon and was unable to even get in touch with the amazon return center, they said "well sometimes we make mistakes." They should be closed down if that is their way of handling business! I truly hope they go bankrupt! Linda Kurtz
