I went to the FedExKinkos store on Panola Road, Decatur, GA on 04/04, and the Employee working was brutally rude. I am surprised that Fedex would hire someone who was not obviously trained with good customer service skills.
She arrived 7:45 am 15 minutes late chatting on her cell phone, taking her own sweet time. I went in the store after she opened up, thinking their hour of operation was different for that location, asking her what time do the open. Her reply was, "Isn't it obvious that I am late?" Then I asked her about copying a document from a usb. Her reply was, Mam, didn't you see me just get here, I can't tend to you now. Then a customer called and she dealt with them for 15 minutes. I stood there to see how long she would completely ignore me. When she got off the phone, I told her that she could put the person on hold and answer my question.
She said she is not in the mood for me this morning, so do what I need to do and leave the store. I told her that I can't believe Fedex would hire someone rude as her, and if she does not like her job, there are a lot of people who would die to have her job, and I will file a complaint. She said, "Go right ahead, who cares". She then said I should leave the store, she is not going to help me. I told her that I came there to do business, and I demanded that she give me the service I came there for. She copied the document, threw it at me and yelled at me to leave the store. She should be fired and leave place for someone who reflects a good image on FEDEX. There are too many unemployed courteous people who would die to have her job.
