The employees at the Fed ex/kinkos store in Hyde Park, Ohio (Cinicnnati), are rude and not customer friendly. When a customer walk into the store they are completely ignored. There is not even eye contact to even get someone's attention. I have witnessed this on several occasions at this locations and will not go there again, other than to tell them all off!
