A year ago, I was getting so much commercial information in my email account that I had a hard time reading my emails. Somebody told me that Yahoo had a service for $2.99 a year and that would clear the commercials. I called and gave my charge card number. Over a month later I saw, to my surprise, that instead of $2.99 the charge was $19.99. I paid it because I did not want to fight over it. But this year, I was checking my credit card and saw, to my surprise, that Yahoo again had charged $19.99. I called my credit card company and informed them of what was going on, and they canceled my card. I attempted to contact Yahoo and inform them of this fraud, and it has been impossible. This charge was made without my authorization, and I will not pay for this.
