Yahoo billed my credit card for "additional mail services" that I never ordered. I called their Customer Service Department and also sent them a letter to obtain more information on what the charge was for, and the company's response (in writing) was that I should file a dispute with my credit card company to get the charge refunded.
They wouldn't provide any information about what the charge was specifically for, and the Customer Service Representative even commented that it appeared to him that someone may have hacked into my account and made an unauthorized purchase. Now I have to take the time to contact my bank, file a claim, and wait weeks or longer for a resolution (which may not even be in my favor). After being a paying customer of Yahoo's services for over 4 years, I definitely feel I've been ripped off!
