CPS super high interest you call them and they tell you they are a recovery company

Een paying this car off for 5 years still not paid. More and more charges and super high interest very very rude phone calls every month any time of day or night. High interest then a 12.00 charge to pay your bill? Every paymentif this is for lower income com and bad credit why do we have to pay more if we make less? Hello obamma. Help
