Super high interest and fees on car loan after five years

Een paying this car off for 5 years still not paid. More and more charges and super high interest very very rude phone calls every month any time of day or night. High interest then a 12.00 charge to pay your bill? Every payment if this is for lower income com and bad credit why do we have to pay more if we make less? Hello Obama. Help
