Reported late twice despite Western Union payment records

My mortgage was transferred from Option One to Fairbanks. They have reported us late twice. I have copies of my payments. I sent them by Western Union, and I am glad I did.

I am looking to start a class action in Virginia. If anyone has started a suit, I will be more than happy to sign up.
