On July 28th I visited AGF office to refi existing loan. The officer told me not to make the payment due at that time since I will receive an answer the next day and it will be taken care on the new loan.
The very next day I received a call from the same office on regards to an application that I submitted two months before so I explained them that I just recently re-apply since no answer was received before.
I did not receive any calls from this office on the second application and on 8-04-08 I call them.
At this time they notify my that the loan will not be approve and that now I was behind two months plus late charges.
They said that no payment was made on June for which I have proof of payment.
