They are such a bad company. I make my payments to them through Western Union and they still do not apply them. I am at my wits' end with Fairbanks Capital Corp./CitiCorp. Their employees know nothing and that is the way they are going to keep them. They have no answers to your questions, and they have no supervisors. We need protection from this "corporation."
