Major late fees and no access to a manager

I have been speaking to Fairbanks Corp. month after month, getting nowhere. I told them my brother was terminated from his job and is now retiring six months before he receives a pension check.

I borrowed money to pay the mortgage and was charged major late fees. I told them I just want to pay the mortgage before I go into foreclosure. I could never speak to anyone besides a loan counselor or supervisor and got nowhere.

I want to speak to a manager. If you can call me, I could explain better. Thank you.
