This company has charged excess late fees and will not refund payments of a prepayment penalties charged at closing. We were force to short sell to avoid foreclosure. We were paying 14% interest on a home loan with the promise of refinancing after one year. This never happened. I had one collection agent call me a loser on the phone. This is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with in my life. This interest rate has drove us to the brink of financial chaos.
