I was wrongfully charged $10 for a "Returned Deposit Item Fee" when a fraudulent check was deposited in my account that was then withdrawn from the impostor just to get access to my account balance and take all funds, which only amounted to a couple of dollars. But the bank persists that it was the one that returned the deposit amount and not the impostor. I am entitled to receive a refund of the $10 incorrectly charged to my account, which is now closed because of the fraud, and I am further prohibited from ever establishing any other account with Huntington Bank, according to the Columbus, Ohio, main office.
