Blocked for Fraud After Buying $30 Card, Maine Transactions

I bought a Green Dot card for $30. I registered it and paid a bill for $25. I received my personalized card and was told I was blocked for fraudulent activity. I have never had a Green Dot in my life. They said I purchased a card in October and used it fraudulently. The transactions were in Maine, and I live in SoCal.

Now they will never issue me a card, and the only way to get the remaining $5 is to find the original receipt for my Green Dot purchase and fax it to them, which I threw out when I activated the temporary card. I am so angry with this right now! Stay away from Green Dot...
