I was having problems with programs on my computer. I had emailed ATT. So when I got the call, I thought it was ATT about Microsoft. I am not sure about the date, 10/17/12? How do I report this? I paid them 151 dollars.
Also, I received another phone call from them saying I would receive a refund, because they were having technical problems with the system. Whenever I call, it says the person I am trying to reach is not available. I was sent a welcome letter, but there has been no response to phone calls or emails.
