Billed after stopping service marketed as pay as you go

I stopped using this service and began using another service. Suddenly I started receiving notices for payment. This was supposed to be a "Pay as you go" (?) This, to me is False Advertising!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone considering a Cell Phone Service. This company is advertised through AARP Perhaps they should be known of this sneaky practice. How many others have been ripped off by this Fraud?!!!
