Pay as You Go?

I stopped using this service and began using another service. Suddenly I started receiveing notices for payment. This was supposed to be a "Pay as you go" (?) This, to me is False Adevertising!!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone considering a Cell PHone Service. This company is advertised through AARP Pedrhaps they should be known of this sneaky practice. How many others have been ripped off by this Fraud?!!!
