Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was sued by Citibank for a credit card that I couldn't pay due to no income. They sent it to a collection agency, and a judgment was filed. I made payments per the agency and the judgment, and Citibank cashed the checks but didn't credit my account. Now they have a levy asking for more money.
Where did the payments I sent and CB cashed go, I wonder? How is it legal to take a consumer's money and not report said payments to agencies, courts, etc.?
