Due to unforseen circumstances, I was sued by Citibank for a credit card that I couldn't pay due to no income. They sent to a collection agency, a judgment was filed, I made payments per agency / judgment and Citibank cashed checks but didn't credit my account now they have a levy asking for more money. Where did the payments I sent and CB cashed go I wonder? How is that legal to take a consumer's money and not report said payments to agencies, courts, etc.
