They shaved my keeshond without my consent. They should have called me before ruining her tail and britches. I will not set foot in that store again. They had better make the $64 I paid for rotten service last. Delafield WI 9/19/09
The manager dismissed my complaint, saying that I needed to bring the dog in more often for grooming and that once a year was not enough. They had no way of knowing where else I had taken her for grooming or even how often we groom her ourselves. I had only used that service once, 2 years before, and they had done it right. They evidently lost trained staff, as they do not know how to groom a keeshond anymore.
