Charged for an Appraisal I Never Received and Then Denied

Stay away from Quicken. They are sharks. They string you along with expectations of getting a loan while they charge your credit card for all kinds of fees. Then they tell you that you don't meet their underwriting criteria. When you try to get your money charged back on your credit card - they fight it. Rip off!
