This company keeps hanging up the phone and disconnecting the line. They send emails saying that I need to file a dispute form, a form I cannot even access. A person with an Indian accent robbed me of $300 using my card. I filed a police report, and the detective told me that the company MUST tell me who stole my money, but they would NOT tell me. They refused to even tell Bank of America as well.
They have been absolutely atrocious. They keep saying or writing that "they care," which is reprehensible because of their horrible customer service. It has been two months now. I feel that the company itself is fraudulent and should be put out of business. They absolutely have been obstructing justice and protecting fraudulent people who rob people.
