Green Tree cash advance requested verification in the form of a Green Dot Card and I was told they were only going to "photo-copy" the receipt to verify that I could make payments. I was told that 15 minutes after this took place I could load the funds to a prepaid card and use this as I wish since it was my money anyway. What they did was actually stole the money off the green dot card and loaded it to another green dot cards.
