Green Dot keeps hanging up the phone, disconnecting the line; sends e. Mails that I need to file a dispute form (a form I cannot even access). A person with an Indian accent robbed me of $300 using my Green Dot card (Even when I filed a Police Report and the Detective told me that Green Dot MUST tell me who stole my money, Green Dot would NOT tell me. Green Dot refused to even tell Bank of America as well. Green Dot has been absolutely atrocious. They keep saying or writing that "they care" which is reprehensible because of their horrible customer service. It's been two months now. I feel that Green Dot itself is a fraudulent company, and should be put out of business. They absolutely have been obstructing justice and protecting fraudulent people who rob people.
