I purchased a Petco dog harness. The packaging provides only instructions on how to fit the harness on a pet. The harness I purchased was defective, and I attempted to return the product. The customer service representative stated that the product could not be returned because, he said, the harness should only be used when walking the dog and not when tethering the dog to a stake in the ground.
This is product deception because the packaging did not provide instructions or parameters regarding dog training or tethering. There were no instructions on how to use the product other than to fit it physically on the dog. Therefore, how can they justify that the dog harness was not defective?
