This man has caused a lot of mental stress, anger, & wasted time to my wife & I. We have filed numerous complaint reports with various investigative agencies about his wrongdoing. He has refused to cooperate with any of them in resolving this matter with us. He never kept his promise to supply a service harness for my wife's dog after he was paid $82.00 by us. He also stated that he could not do anything else for us unless he received the service dog harness.
In March after filing a report with the Attorney General, we were told by his representative, Jessica Ruiz, that the service dog harness would be ordered for us. This was after we traveled two time to his business, only to find out that the wrong dog harness was given to us that same month.in April we then called & were told that the right harness never came & our money would be refunded. When I called to inquire about picking up the refund, I received a message that the phone number Jessica Ruiz provided us was no longer in use! Enough is enough! As a last resort, we will be filing a dispute with the Orange County Consumer Fraud Unit & will most likely have to seek legal remedy to this matter in either the criminal or small civil claims courts.
