Last week I had a voice mail and then received a second call from this Petco offering me a grooming "special." The lady on the phone told me they had a great $24.99 special that included a groom. That sounded low, but I was very specific with her about everything that was included. She said it included a cut and that they were trying to get business to their grooming location there.
When I showed up today, I was told that it did not include a cut and that there was no way I was told what I was told. They basically accused me of lying.
I was treated rudely. The sad thing is that I am a frequent Petco customer and have previously been very pleased with them. This was just very sad.
They did not honor what I was specifically told was the deal. I would not believe anything that is not in writing after this incident.
